Lots of fun playing ultimate with JIF Fotball's team! Adrian Oleson, Frode André Alvad and Justas Parakevicius gave the players a rundown on ultimate, some tips and practice on throwing, limbered them up, went through basic rules. Then hit it!

Each team had at least one ultimate player on the field to guide things through. Good playing, lots of running!

At halftime we explained more thoroughly about how to avoid clogging by stacking players on offense.
